Warrington Referral Assistance Gateway (WRAG)
When you are referred to secondary care by your Doctor, your referral is processed and managed by a service called the Warrington Referral Assistance Gateway (WRAG) team. If you have a mobile number on your medical record, you will receive an SMS message to inform you that your referral has been processed and sent to the WRAG team for booking.
The WRAG service takes over all control of your referral after we have sent this over to them, they deal with all appointments and general enquiries. Please contact the WRAG team with any enquiries on:
