Guardian Medical Centre - Patient Participation Group (PPG)

A very warm welcome to the Guardian Medical Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG)

The aim of the PPG is to provide a route for patient to advise and inform the Practice on what matters most to them and to potentially help identify solutions to problems, as well as keeping patients updated on possible Practice changes that will have an impact on them.

The only requirement is that you must be over 18 and a current patient of the Practice.

If you would like to get involved and can spare two hours every two months (The PPG meets on the second Thursday of every second month, see PPG notice board in the main waiting room for details) then please contact a member of staff for further details.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to "have your say" and can spare between 5 and 10 minutes every two month to complete a brief email survey, then why not sign up by completing a simple "Patient Reference Group" contact form (available from a member of reception) and join in!
