Guardian Medical Centre has linked in with public health to offer our patients a healthy lifestyles service.
Eligible female patients will receive an SMS message with further information over the coming weeks.
We will also be working with Lifestyles to offer similar service to our eligible male patients.
If you would like to accept the offer or have any questions, please contact the service using the details below.
Patients who do not wish to take up the offer of this service do not need to contact us to let us know.
